Our Approach
1. Executive Coaching
Landau Coaching Associates' approach to Executive Coaching is goal and action oriented. We work with clients to help them gain personal and professional insight. The first step is often a customized or standardized 360 assessment, followed by individual one-on-one coaching sessions where we assist clients in mapping out an action plan. As our clients execute their plans, we help them overcome their obstacles in a supportive yet challenging environment. Lastly, we help clients track and monitor their progress which keeps them focused on their objectives and helps them gain lasting value. LCA coaches senior level executives in mid size and major Fortune 500 corporations.
2. Leadership and Organizational Development
Our approach to Leadership Development is to work with our client companies to understand their vision, corporate values and strategic objectives. From there, we can map existing skills to those which are needed for moving the company forward. We then work with Corporate Human Resources and Executive Management, to develop a customized training and leadership development plan.
We often recommend that each candidate in the Leadership Development program have access to an individual Executive Coach for 10-12 hours throughout the length of the program. In this way, all of the skills and techniques that are taught in the coursework can be continually reinforced on an individual level. This ensures the ongoing use of new skills and techniques. In this way, Executive Coaching can be used in conjunction with an overall Leadership Development Program, or can be offered independently as described under Executive Coaching.
3. Presentations, Workshops and Keynote Speaking
As professionals, eventually, we are all called upon to deliver presentations to clients, users, supervisors, or peers. It's not something that tends to come naturally to us. Almost anything is better than getting up in front of a group of people! In fact, many consider public speaking to be one of life's most frightening events. Landau Coaching Associates can coach you through that.
This practice includes Executive Coaches and nationally known keynote speakers. We give keynote addresses to large groups, and facilitate workshops on numerous topics. Some of our offerings are:
-
"Make the Leap - from Manager to Leader".
-
"Make the Leap - from Contributor to Manager".
